How Our Services Works
The Caduceus Media System is a cloud-based medical video management platform that records and archives video data being generated daily in your hospital. Our software integrates directly with your existing equipment. The recorded videos are encrypted and saved locally on our servers and then transmitted to the Cloud in daily batches. All patient information is secure and HIPAA compliant. The only information stored by Caduceus Media is the unique numerical identification numbers of the video files along with the time and date of procedure, operating room, camera name and hospital, ensuring the anonymity of the patients. All videos are available through our proprietary web interface.
In addition to our system’s unique recording, storage, and retrieval, we offer editing capabilities as well. This enables the physician to edit the videos of a procedure so as to highlight technique, illustrate a demonstration, prepare educational materials or develop collaboration materials.

- Caduceus Media is compensated by the medical facility for each procedure
